Place the top stack with the plastic tray in the iblot2 Place the wet SDS-PAGE film Place the wet filter paper at the top of the SDS-PAGE film Use the roller to remove the bubbles of air Place the top stack. Place the absrobant paper at the top. Make sure the metal electrode is at the bottom so will make contact. Close the lid Select the default protocol 1. Click Start. |
